Wingspan Wrap

Continuing on with experimenting with Tunisian crochet and have begun another wingspan wrap. This is in a much lighter weight yarn.

Wingspan Tunisian Crochet Wrap

The wingspan wrap in Tunisian crochet by Amy Depew and Beth Graham is finally completed and blocked, just in time for my mum's 86th birthday. I loved working this pattern and the variegated Lincraft yarn Surprise added extra interest.

Homemade Laundry Powder

Lavender Laundry Powder 

Have been experimenting with making our own laundry powder.   The first few batches were made using sunlight soap but have just tried it with lavender. I have found it to be very quick and easy and rewarding.
